Consulting Services Agreement

Eligibility for Consulting Services

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of a Qualifying Nonprofit Organization.

“Qualifying Nonprofit Organization” means either:

• (1) a local municipality in Kentucky, or
• (2) a tax-exempt organization qualified to receive deductible contributions that has a physical presence (e.g., an office, programmatic space, or outreach center) within the Commonwealth of Kentucky and provides services to the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
  

You agree to provide us with any information that we may reasonably request related to your status as a Qualifying Nonprofit Organization. We reserve the right to deny or revoke your ability to receive Consulting Services for any reason, and you acknowledge and consent to our use of third party service providers to review and verify your status as a Qualifying Nonprofit Organization.

Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that Consulting Services may be provided by independent, third party providers not under the control of Grant Ready Kentucky, and that Grant Ready Kentucky is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or content of any information or services provided by any third party provider.
